We support over 2,300 US universities, matched automatically from your email address. If yours isn't recognized, email us the domain and we'll add it.
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages. It can't be undone.
Open their profile, tap ⋯ in the corner, and choose Report or Block. Blocking is instant — they won't be able to see you, message you, or appear in your Discover again. You can also email us directly, and if you're in danger, contact your campus police or local emergency services first.

No. Hall Pass matches roommates. Using it to solicit dates or sex is against the terms and will get an account removed.
We verify enrollment, not character. When you meet a potential roommate for the first time, meet somewhere public, tell a friend where you'll be, and don't send money or a deposit to anyone before you've met them in person and seen the place.
